Thank you for shopping at Fuwafuwapets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Products
  • Please note that our custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalized nature. Each piece is created to your specifications, making it unique to you and your pet.

Free Alteration Service

However, we want you and your furry friend to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If your custom product doesn't fit perfectly, we are pleased to offer a free alteration service. We will modify your custom item at no additional cost until it meets your satisfaction.

To take advantage of this service, please contact us at contact@fuwafuwapets.com with your order details and the adjustments needed. We will guide you through the process of sending your item back for alterations.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fuwafuwapets.com and send your item to the return address.
